01The brief

TeaCup needed a promotional campaign for TeaCup: A Day in Texas, a Boxing Day party on Saturday, 26 December. The artwork had to build buzz before tickets were released, then drive sales through each pricing phase and keep the event in front of people until the night.

02The challenge

The event has three ticket tiers in two currencies (JMD and USD), a venue, set hours, “food inclusive” and “cooler friendly” perks, and age and safety notices. All of that had to fit on phone-sized social posts without burying the event name or the price. The campaign also needed several posts over a few months, and each one had to feel new while still being recognised as the same event at a glance.

03The idea

The look is a ranch at sunset: a wooden ranch gate, hay bales, a wagon, a red cooler and warm golden-hour light, built around a 3D “TeaCup” logo with a steaming cup worked into the letters. The layout stays the same on every post: logo at the top, a bold date badge, venue and perks along the bottom. Only the middle panel and the featured image change, so each release reads as the next chapter of the same story:

Teaser, “More Info Soon”: only the logo, the date and the cowgirl lead image, to create curiosity before tickets go on sale.
Early bird launch: “Limited Early Bird Tickets” at $5,000 JMD / $35 USD.
Early bird deadline: the same offer with a Sept 25 – Oct 31 window added, to create urgency.
Full price ladder: Early Bird, Presold and At the Gate, bringing back the cowgirl from the teaser so the campaign comes full circle.
